La Boca

La Boca is just fifteen minutes outside of downtown Buenos Aires. La Boca is a very colorful neighborhood (barrio). In this community you will see streets lined with pastel buildings. La Boca sits in the mouth of the River in the low line area and overlooks the port. La Boca  is a huge port and years ago, this is were the locals came to Receive and ship enormous amounts of cargo.

Welcome To La Boca

The dreams of Maraj Grum come alive in this picturesque space to express the freedom of art, called Project Convetillo Museum.  In the study of the first floor, his passion for painting is displayed. The front part of the building, consisting of two floors from the street, was totally renovated since its original, and the art collections has transformed it into a Cultural Center since 2003. Below is just a glimpse of what you will see in this awesome building.

Just two street over, you will see the La Boca guy in his soccer gear. He must of have been a phenom back in the day. More importantly, you will see the artist smile upon this neighborhood with their colorful art.
